These Terms & Conditions govern access to Norton County Released Inmates. By browsing, searching, or otherwise using the site, you agree to follow them. Norton County Released Inmates is privately owned. It has no affiliation with Norton County, the Norton County Sheriff’s Office, Norton County Jail, the Kansas Department of Corrections, or any other government body. These terms are governed by Kansas law. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court located within Kansas. Public-record access discussed in site content is subject to the Kansas Open Records Act, including K.S.A. 45-218 through 45-221, where applicable.


If One Term Fails

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
